Jus-Rol puff pastry is made from layer upon layer of moreish pastry. The air between the layers allows the pastry to rise during baking to give a light, flaky texture. Ideal for both sweet and savoury dishes including pies, tarts, strudels, sausage rolls and en-croutes.
