Based in Central Brittany, in the north west of France, Chamomile Cuisine, is run by Cordon Vert Trained Chef, Wendy Davies. Passionate about using seasonal, local and organic produce, Wendy has built up a successful vegetarian and vegan food business since moving to France in 2006. Wendy has combined running cookery courses, with making and selling vegetarian and vegan food at French markets throughout Brittany. Working closely with producers and ‘agriculteurs’ across Brittany, she is also an active member of a number of associations that promote organic methods and slow food.

Based in Penzance and Truro, Archie Browns is a health food shop and vegetarian café. The aim of the shop is to provide the choice of a healthy lifestyle and empower people to look after their own health through a friendly helpful service within an all round uplifting and inspiring environment.
