Our Lizzy Cooking is run by Lizzy Hughes who combined her skills as a teacher and cook to create vegetarian and vegan cookery courses from her purpose built kitchen in Malvern, Worcestershire. Our Lizzy is pleased to be able to offer bed and breakfast accommodation, which can be combined with a cookery session, or as a base to explore the Malvern Hills, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Lizzy is Cordon Vert trained, and offers people an opportunity to learn to cook a variety of meals in a relaxed friendly setting. Sessions are designed for small groups with a mixture of demonstration and hands on cookery. Lizzy enjoys using a wide range of locally grown seasonal produce. She loves exploring new ingredients and developing new recipes. She runs specialist courses in tofu, dairy free, and gluten free cookery.
