Award-winning Prashad, a small family-run Indian vegetarian restaurant in Bradford, is the only restaurant in the City to hold an AA Rosette. They are passionate about delivering real Indian tastes and experiences. They were delighted to reach the final of Ramsay's Best Restaurant 2010 and win over the avowed carnivore Gordon Ramsay who raved about the food and the exquisite flavours of the dishes prepared, saying the food at Prashad is better than some Michelin starred Indian restaurants in London.

Prashad was established in 1992 by Mohan and Kaushy Patel, It has developed into an award-winning restaurant offering traditional Gujarati and Punjabi vegetarian cuisine with Mohan and Kaushy working alongside oldest son Bobby Patel and his wife Minal.

The kitchen is the domain of Minal and Kaushy. Bobby and Mohan work 'front of house'.
