The University of Wales Swansea is situated in the centre of the South Wales coastline. The main campus lies within Singleton Park on the broad sweep of Swansea Bay, between the City of Swansea and the old fishing village of Mumbles.

The beautiful Gower Peninsula, with its famous beaches and tranquil countryside, lies immediately to the west while the Brecon Beacons National Park is a short drive to the north.

The University's Catering Services provides a range of different outlets, each themed to present a specific type of food or a distinctive setting. A choice of vegetarian food is available at each outlet. Apart from catering for students, the University is a popular venue for weddings, conferences, dinners and other events.
