The University of Brighton is a community of 21,000 students and 2,600 staff based on five campuses in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings. Food and beverage service at the University covers every campus and comprises of restaurants, cafes and bars in addition to a busy hospitality service for meetings, events, conferences and other functions. Our highly skilled and dedicated chefs cater for a diverse client base and recognise the importance of delivering nutritious, tasty and attractive vegetarian and vegan options on all menus.

The University also offers self catered accommodation for summer visitors in Brighton and Eastbourne, plus extensive lecture and seminar space. Residential conferences for up to 250 can be booked.
