Meeting House Cafe
Open all year on the site of the famous award winning Quaker Tapestry Exhibition at Kendal, our Meeting House Cafe has a rapidly growing reputation for excellent vegetarian cuisine cooked on the premises from the freshest local ingredients.
Our specials menu changes daily and most items can be prepared to take away too - with plenty of vegan, dairy-free and wheat-free alternatives we have something to suit most dietary needs. We have a children's menu and toy box in the café and if you prefer al fresco dining, there is seating in the cafe courtyard or you can order a picnic on the lawn in our walled garden (complete with rug and basket!)
The Quaker Tapestry Exhibition is open from April to December Mon-Sat – see the website for more details.
