Doves Farm Foods mill 20 different organic and speciality flours and well as bake biscuits, cakes, snack bars and breakfast cereals. All products are vegetarian, avoid hydrogenated fat and where possible use whole grains. Many are also suitable for wheat and gluten free diets. Doves Farm believes in simple and straight forward, great tasting quality foods made with carefully selected raw materials from sustainable, organic and Fairtrade agriculture. Only functional additives are used and everything that has gone into making a product is included in the ingredient list.
