Bernadette McCarthy began selling her range of delicious home-made vegetarian nutroasts three years ago and within a year she had been awarded ten out of ten by Antony Worall-Thompson in The Sunday Express. Since then she has supplied Harrods, Partridge's and other top-quality delicatessens and earlier this year was a finalist in the Waitrose Small Producers Awards. Four Mouthwatering varieties are currently available, in three sizes - the nutty Traditional, the spicy Mediterranean, the luscious but light Cashew and Mushroom and the frankly self-indulgent Luxury. Vegan and Gluten-free versions of the Luxury are also made to order.
